How do I return an item?

Return Policy for Recreational Vehicles and Equipment.

Online and In-Store

Returns & Exchanges:

  • If you're not completely satisfied with a purchase or RV&E store, purchase please return it for a full refund within 14 days of the purchase or exchange within 21 days of purchase.
  • Original receipts (invoices with RMA) are required for all returns and exchanges products must be returned in undamaged condition with original packaging, manuals and accessories. If the item with the gift, refunds will go to a store credit (gift card).
  • After 14 days you are still eligible to return merchandise for it another 7 days for store credit of the original purchase price or original* form of payment, -20% restocking fee.
    • *In stores, Check & Debit Card & Cash returns greater than $20 will be refunded by a company issued a check which will be mailed to you within 3 business days.
  • Gift cards (legacy store credit) & e-Gift cards: Store gift cards may be used in store or online. If you wish to use a credit from the store online please e-mail and we will convert the legacy store credit to an e-Gift card for you.

  • Special Orders: Special orders must be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund and are not returnable once delivered.

  • Shipping and Handling: Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable unless merchandise is damaged or defective upon delivery. Return shipping will be deducted from the value of the return before credit is issued, in addition for truck delivered items a $49 restocking fee will be charged.

  • The following cannot be returned: Closeout items, gift cards/e-gift cards, services, monogrammed, altered or personalized items, perishable foods or supplements. In addition Wheeled Products, including; In-line Skates, Skateboards, Bicycles, Tricycles, or Scooters.

Where to do a Return or Exchange:

  • Items purchased at a store may only be returned or exchanged at a physical RV&E store.

  • Items purchased online maybe return to any RV&E store or by mail with a return merchandise authorization code (RMA), online returns done in-store may take up to 72 hours to fully process, refunds are processed through the online store. Please beware. After we credit your account online. Your financial institution may impose their own timetable to release funds.

  • Any returns of damaged or worn merchandise are subject to management approval.
